Interesting. His comment that the person had no symptoms is true of what we now know that it is contagious about 48-72 hours prior to the first symptoms.

His case was mild, I think diet/exercise has given him a good immune system.

Just happy he didn't have more issues. And maybe, just maybe all the things he preaches really does help one with disease.

All of us here, while not perfect are trying to emulate that with our eating. Even more reason to stick to it even when it's hard.
