Okay you cool cats and kittens (if you know where that line came from don't spoiler alert me! I am only on episode 4!).....in an effort to spice up our boring existence of home, home, work, home and home, home and more home I have a challenge for you.

1. Find one primal or paleo recipe you have never made before.
2. Post your recipe and your intent to make it. A link would be nice.
3. Make recipe. Final product pictures are a must!
4. Review your recipe and final product.

Okay....go!

Hmm. Not a recipe, but certainly primal. A local oyster farm is now doing home delivery. Standard package is two dozen oysters and an oyster knife.

I have eaten my fair share of oysters, but I have never shucked one.

We plan to do this sometime next week.

As a youth of about 7 in Panama City, FL my uncle once made me eat a raw oyster. To this day I still can't get near those nasty thangs. Good luck with the oyster knife Ekba and I hope you enjoy them.

Yes - oysters are one of those love ‘em ot hate ‘em foods. As a seven year old in Maryland, I was definitely in the hate ‘em camp. Not sure at what point I switched.

My dad worked from the Dept of Fish and Wildlife in Michigan.  He had friends from the east coast who would send oysters, lobster, herring, etc.  He taught me how to love raw oysters and herring.  Of course the lobster were for mom and dad.
