Cream for my coffee - HELP!

If you read my journal post today you will know why I am asking this question.....

What NON-dairy creamers have you used for your morning coffee. I can NOT have black coffee. I just can't! I love a nice, creamy cup of java.

I am looking for recommendations for creamers - preferably plant-based and not some synthetic crap - that actually are creamy in coffee.

I have read oat milk but I am not sold.

I use Califia creamers. I have tried most of the almond milk and/or coconut milk ones and like them all. I currently use the unsweetened vanilla.

I have been making one from Indigo Nili on YouTube. It's made with powdered Coconut milk, MCT oil powder and Collagen. That means you can store it in a jar. It does blend in nicely and does give a creamy texture. You can look up the vid on her page on YouTube.
