Talk to me about coconut sugar

I understand what it is. In fact, I have bought it on occasion. However, I have never baked with it. Who has baked with it and what are your thoughts, suggestions and advice. How else do you use it? I typically just try not to use much sugar (unless I am baking something - and then I used regular refined sugar) but I am interested in exploring unrefined sugars.

I have used coconut sugar to bake. It does not seem as sweet to me as regular sugar. It can also give the baked item a Carmel-like flavor.

I have to agree with what Pedi said. My DD has baked with it more than I have, but I've eaten her baked goods and you use it 1:1. Works well in my opinion.
