I came across this today in a daily news email I get. Yet another reason to just eat real food. You never really know what you're getting in processed stuff.

Very good article Ontario. Thank you for sharing. Most ingrient lists these days of processed food should scare the beejeebs out of everyone. It's chemical soup mess. Is it any wondering society as a whole is getting fatter and sicker at every turn?

Real whole food is the ticket.
