Just did the first workout. Thought I might die. It's been a while since I worked out, but wow. I thought my heart would burst out of my chest. Now there are three full days between workouts, so the next one will be on Sunday.

Plus podcasts and you tube vids, all free. Don’t need kindle unlimited

Yes. You can find lots of Leanne's stuff for free. The kindle book is the No Fail Fatloss book. Different author. More specific program of keto and exercise.

I'm not clear what all the emphasis on keto is about? Is it primarily about losing weight when other methods have stalled out? I couldn't do it--my sleep is bad enough, on lower carbs it all goes to pot. I've got to have my carbs in the evening at least.

But I'm glad to see a reference to Dr. Jason Fung, I really like his blog and books. Intermittent fasting has become a very important part of my lifestyle and critical for keeping weight off.
