Yet another plug for intensity... a good thing I think as I believe that among active older women, the general trend is for them not to ever push really hard. A body need some intensity now and then - so does one's head.

Totally agree with this: "Now you have to exercise and move on a regular basis if you want to maintain functional capacity, take care of yourself, and stick around to enjoy your loved ones."
