Pedi....thanks for the recipe. I have to try it. Good leftovers I bet.

I have sleep sitting up due to Acid Reflux a few times. My neck....oh my.

I laughed out loud about Shilo growling at your man. So sweet.

And Rig is right, your headway is straight ahead. Hope that continues for you.

My sandwich duties are over.

You are welcome, Pam. Yes, it does make great leftovers.

I agree about the neck, no good way to relax sitting up.

Glad your "sandwich duties" are done.

I spent the majority of the day either dealing with student issues or reading the 3-inch binder of accreditation information. I made my way through it and have set up the needed timeline to make it happen. Now I am relaxing before I try and go to sleep.

Happy to hear Danny is gone, poor thing.

Do be careful sitting up to sleep, you could get a nasty kink in your neck.

Too funny about your dogs protecting you from DH.

Well Danny had a limited life anyway! About 4 am I said to heck with it and got rid of the wedge pillows.

As mentioned, sleep sucked until after my rebellion at 4 am. Decent sleep afterwards. No discernible complications.

Really feel lazy today, so spending the day in bed again. Some computer work, some tv, and probably a nap will happen.

Chicken with tomato, mushrooms and onion is for dinner.

No work has occurred. Nap felt good. Still in my nightgown. I'm going to make some GF pasta to serve the chicken mix over.

Work may not occur. I'm okay with that.

Great sleep last night, but I am still feeling tired. Not sure how productive I will be today. I do have 2 conference calls I have to attend. Dinner will be a ground turkey and vegetable skillet dish.

I am ready to go on another W30 with some possible fasting. Trying to decide if it is too soon after surgery to fast and if the W30 should wait until I get back from second conference in two weeks.

Why not start with limiting your eating window and see how it goes. A W30 would definitely be doable. Waiting 2 weeks due to the conference could work. Just eat closely up to it and you’ll be well prepped.

Had not thought about an eating window. That is a great idea, thanks NM.

I've been trying to get back to that notion myself - eating that little bit earlier in the afternoon (I am not a dinner person) so that I'm not taking it to bed.

Sounds like you are giving yourself a break - well done!

Had morning conference call and stayed on a bit longer so we could cancel the afternoon one. Went back to bed for almost 3 hours. Did not get anything of worth done today. Lots of lists, plans, and internet searching.

Dinner was okay. My stomach is now a bit off and I am not sure why. Will probably read for a bit and then go to bed by 9.

Hope your stomach is feeling better this morning.

Happy to hear you didn’t do much yesterday other than the conference call.

I generally try to eat dinner between 5-5:30. Tuesday is usually later due to my WO with DS. Then my crazy life means I’d don’t get breakfast before 8 or so, so generally an automatic 15 hour w/o food. Then on the weekends I can generally get 16. Due to sleeping a good portion of the time, I never notice it.

I disagree about not getting anything of worth done. Those lists, planning and internet research do take brain power and organization skills. You got more done than you think.

Hope you are up to snuff today.

I have gotten into a bad habit of snacking very late. I usually have dinner ready by 4:45-5 (habit leftover from the kids and with DH getting up at 3, he is hungry early), so closing the window on eating at maybe 6 would be easy. I do not always eat breakfast, but I always have my coffee with brain oil and collagen. I think I could do a window easily - the stopping after 6 will be hard for the first week probably.

Fantastic sleep last night! I did not get up until 9 this morning and I feel really good.

Took off compression garment and the incision looks great, the hole from Danny is closed and healing well. No signs of fluid buildup needing needle aspiration tomorrow. Very Happy

DH took tomorrow off to chauffeur me around. After the doctor's visit, I plan on dropping off some returns, going to the bank, and to the grocery store. I am hoping I can talk him into having lunch out.

More brainwork today, but directed toward stuff I need to complete for the university.
I am working far enough out, that I can reschedule stuff if the desire hits. I also need to spend some time thinking about eating windows and possibly doing some research on efficacy.

I got exam 3 questions done and sent. Reviewed Adv. Health Assessment class and gave it the stamp of approval. Looked at the avatar programs for pharm and health assessment and reminded myself what I need to do to set them up. Got my reservations for next week combined into one with a phone call. Packed up my returns and loaded them into the car. Plotted out food for the next 2-3 weeks, made a grocery list, made out a deposit slip and put it check and grocery list in my purse, and took a bit of a rest. Got more done then I thought I would. Very Happy

Decided to have Mexican hamburger patties for dinner and leave the leftovers for DH while I am out of town.

You were a busy gal yesterday. All of that accomplished without much actual activity. Great job.

Hoping all goes well at the Dr.’s today and you can run those couple of errands. Enjoy the day with DH.

Isn't it surprising when you wake up and realize -- wow, I slept great.

You still accomplished things even when you think you are not busy enough. Remember that.

Good sleep last night. Did not really want to get up when my alarm went off but had to get ready for the day. Sometime during the night, I have given birth to a fluid alien, a nice squishy patch of fluid that I can fluctuate back and forth. This means I will get a needle aspiration of the fluid today - oh, Joy!
