I love salads of all kinds. The thing I miss most about Primal salads are the crunchies. The brittle crunch that comes from things like wonton strips and tortilla strips. Sometimes I crunch up a few rice crackers onto my salads but only do so as a treat. Do any of you have ideas for salad crunchies?

Seeds and nuts work well or crumbled bacon is a favorite.

The seeds, nuts, and bacon don't give me that satisfying "crisp" crunch I crave. What kind of nuts and seeds do you use?

Parmesan crisps broken up are really awesome on salads! They definitely have the CRUNCH.

I would have never thought of that! You can make crisps out of any cheese. Thank you!
