Having a great time, although getting a bit tired. I’m going to need a vacation from this vacation! Wink

Have seen a few of these:

Very interesting photo. Are these guys abundant or are they very localized to where you are right now?

Unfortunately they are becoming quite rare as habitat loss is proceeding at a galloping pace. Koalas cannot adapt to environmental changes. They are neither friendly nor unfriendly, but interfering with wildlife is both illegal and frowned upon. One can cuddle them in wildlife refuges on occasion.

Wow, this has been quite the year for you TW. I’m packing - I’m settling in, I’m packing, I’m settling in. I sure hope you can settle for good this time.

Have a wonderful Christmas.

+1. Best fortune to you and Dream in your new locale, and to both of you in new jobs. Yes, I'm anticipating you landing soon.

I want a job very badly! A good job!

I just realised that this is my third major move in less than a year. Holy mother of pearl!

The movers will be here in two hours, and away we will go. Or rather, our stuff.

Last night I made Thai chicken curry ala nomnompaleo, highly recommended and so easy.

Our house sit gig is wonderful. The house is really nice and her kitchen is superb. I adore the cats, they are beautiful and friendly. I so miss having a cat.

Holy Cow! Three big moves in a year are exhausting to even think about. I am so very impressed and motivated to emulate The Walrus when dealing with stressful events. You seem to just go with the flow and are flexible and able to adapt so very easily.

Yeah, 3 moves in that rapid a succession is amazing. My Dad always said that for household possessions, 3 moves were equal to a good fire, so I hope your stuff come through OK.

Hahaha Kath, it’s me that should be emulating you! I’m nothing if not adventurous! This is a bit more adventure than I would prefer, though. The hard bit is that another move in September or October 2019 is inevitable. I’m not thinking about that!

We’ve been invited for Christmas lunch at a good friend’s home and are greatly looking forward to that. It’s almost here! Smile

So far every move has been an improvement to the last, so hopefully that streak continues for you & Dream.

Great pictures TW. Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve here! A warm sunny day, typical of summer. I am supremely grateful for this housesit - a wonderfully comfortable home with two lovely friendly cats - that is my present, I think. Very disappointed that Dream’s present didn’t arrive in time, although he won’t care.

Lots of last minute errands!
