These last few entries remind me of when I met you (online) way back when at MDA. Happy New Year and keep these quotes coming, please.

Happy New Year TW. You must be doing awesome with your steps wearing out 4 pairs of shoes. Smile

Happy to hear Lucy is healing well.

I love that - 365 opportunities.  So easy to forget that our mood is what we make it.

Happy New Year!

Glad Lucy is on the mend. Hopefully this will be past her in a few weeks. I still feel so bad for her. Poor thing.

It sounds like you are getting inspired with the passing of the new year. Good for you!

I've always wondered about the house sitting opportunities that people seem to do so often now. It sounds like it's worked out for you. But I understand about having a boisterous dog. My dogs have always been fairly low-key as well and that would probably wear on me, too.

Sleep very broken, feel tired today. The temp is supposed to hit 43C (roughly 110F) so we are sheltering indoors. So fat so good!

Oh, interesting.  I've come across many references to Mary Wollstonecraft as one of the first feminists.  I didn't know that she was related to Mary Shelley. That influence potentially puts a different spin on Frankenstein, doesn't it?
