Pedi - any possibility your body is trying to tell you to slow down. This seems to be happening with regularity lately. Maybe a visit to the PCP? I know you can self dx, but we tend to overlook things in ourselves that we wouldn’t in someone else. Just some thoughts.

Yes, I need to go to the PCP.  Just not looking forward to it, as I have to go to someone new because the old one stopped taking our insurance.  I've got the forms for a new patient, I just need to bump it up on my priority list.

Sleep 7 hours; 2h 13m awake, 1h 27m REM, 5h 33m light, 0m Deep.  I was up several times to void.  I woke up before my alarm and had some time to lie quietly, do mindfulness, and think before I got moving.  I feel a bit tired, but not groggy or dragging.

Today I need to balance the checkbook, pack, set out checks for housekeeper and yardman, and decide what I need to take to work on while out of town.  Other than 2 dinners, a meeting with a long distance faculty, and Lily's birthday party, I have no plans while there so should have lots of downtime and time to catch up on projects.

A brief period of the start of the pain today.  I decided to try and power through it.  I have an idea of what may be causing it and will test my theory while in EP.

I got the financial stuff done and another load of laundry. I have started pulling clothes to pack tonight and of course, I have made a list of the work stuff I need to take and types of clothes.

Packed.  Ready for the 4:15 am wake up.  Will shower, wash and do hair, pack the stuff I am using in the morning and be ready to go by 5:30.

Sleep: 5h 20m; 65m awake, 88m REM, 3 h 11m light, 41m Deep.  At least I got some deep last night.  Hope it will be better this next week.

Sleep 6h 7m; awake 1h 41m, REM 45m, light 4h 29m, deep 53m.  Maybe tonight I will get some good deep in.

I am going to get cleaned up and move down to the lobby after I finish this.  I am going to be working on the RN to MSN curriculum and 3-year faculty plan today.  I am hopeful that I am able to complete it today.

Hope to be spending time with son, DIL, and Lily this evening.
