Don't ever hesitate or feel bad to do what you need to to get through this tough time.

Thinking of you, NM. Not sure what time it is where you are, but I hope you are/have been/will be able to sleep well.

^What they said. Each and everyone.

Count me in to on the wishing well for good days and even better nights. Whatever is needed to get through this, is to be considered support, never failure. We all need support, as well as the tribe to lean on in difficult times and share our successes as they come. ((HUGS))

Thank you all. What would I do without my wonderful tribe here. It is such a blessing to come here and feel such support.

Sleep: 7h 13m, 41m awake, 1h 52m REM, 3h 46m light and 1h 35m deep

Pretty good night over all.

DH’s been ok, today. Not super anxious. Started his bigger dose of Zoloft last night. Maybe that’s part of it, but I also know it takes time to ramp up.

I finally got my script for increased Celexa so we will see if that helps me.

Sitting here waiting on Trick or Treaters, none so far. Don’t usually get many here, but usually a few. We are about 25 min in and it goes for 2 hours.

Did some work, work stuff today. Got my spice order from Penzey’s. It’s a shame, the stores about 5 miles from here in the downtown area, but I never get there.

Making a cup of decaf to enjoy while I wait.

Not much else new here.

Well done. I know you will make a full year, but those intermediate targets such as hitting 300 likely feel good too.

Hope you get enough kids to take care of all the candy.

You are impressive NM in so many ways.

Wishing you some T or Trs.  I never have any these days.  People truck their kids to larger  neighborhoods.  Don't know how I feel about that.  I understand safety and all.

Glad you got your meds and upped DHs.

Thanks everyone

Sleep: 7h 5m, 37m awake, 2h 13m REM, 3h 14m light, 1h 38m deep

I’m pleased with that.

DH is resting this morning. Mostly slept through his bath, but much calmer and that is huge.

As for me, I did get a bit of work stuff done and will be getting back to that, right after lunch. I’ve printed things out and will work in DH’s room. It’s a bit tougher than just doing it at my reg work computer, but worth it to help DH.

That one group of T &Ter’s was all I got last night, but more than the years before. I love seeing the little ones all dressed up.

On a good note, I know I don’t get too many so I buy a very limited amount of candy.

M2M - yes, those smaller miles stones like 100, then 200, then 300 do feel good.

As I’ve mentioned before, it’s how I keep myself active. While it doesn’t really keep me “in shape”, at least it keeps me active

Sleep: 6h 38m, 55m awake, 1h 46m REM, 3h 53m Light and 59m deep

Was awake in the middle of the night. Blah.

Having a down kind of day. DH has been very sleepy the past two days. He’s not anxious, so that is a good thing, but now he’s a bit tougher to wake up. Maybe catching up from all the anxiety, maybe not.

visited with both Dad and Mom today. When I got to Dad’s, he was still in bed sleeping. It was nice and dark in his room, but it was also 10:30. Got him up and dressed made sure he shaved, he was looking raggedy. Then took him to the DR to get breakfast. The gal said “they’ll be having lunch in a half hour, well more like an hour and I said he’s losing weight, he needs to eat. Got him cold cereal - yeah no choices at that hour, juice and coffee. He needs the calories.

When he was done, I went up to visit Mom. She is doing well. They did her drain differently yesterday. Since her BP was good, they just kept draining. Got 5000CC and sent her home. Nice that she didn’t have to stay. She looks and feels good.

Then got gas, and picked up a book from the library. Wanted to top off my tank for my overnight tomorrow.

I still have some packing to do and some other things to take care of, just having a tough time getting moving. Just not feeling much of anything at the moment. Probably a combo of increasing my med and DH.

Also got a text from my best friend at this get together. Her DH is doing very poorly and she’s not coming. She feels he could be gone in the next couple of days. So very sad.

Food has been awful this week. Looking forward to Monday’s W30. Hopefully I’ll be out of my funk by then.

Ok, time to get finished so I’m ready to go in the morning.

Sorry about your friend's absence and the blah feeling today.  Glad you got to see both parents and help with dad's lack of eating.

For today, I hope you have a good time and get some relaxation while gone too.

Sorry about/for your friend & her husband.

Hope you'll have a nice weekend.

Sorry your food hasn't been as good as it could/should be.

Better luck next week. Always better together. *hugs*

Thanks everyone. I hope to enjoy myself.

Additional sad note, my friends DH passed late yesterday afternoon. Sad. He’s finally free of the monster, but doesn’t make it any easier.

Sleep 5h 11m, 32m awake, 58m REM, 3h 33m Light, 40m Deep

Went to bed later than I like, and woke up earlier. Guess the excitement of the coming day and the bad news combined for a short night.

Feeling better this morning, haven’t taken my celexa just yet. May end up moving it back to night time if the funk continues.

Raining here and where I’m headed so driving should be fun NOT.

Taking my iPad so I will try to catch up.

Hugs

Very sorry to hear of your friend's loss.  Not surprising that her loss (and yours) has affected your emotions.

Hang in there and make this respite worthwhile for you.

Hey NM.
Thanks so much for thinking of me, and stopping by to say hello. Even though it has taken nearly a week to respond it was the nudge I needed to make some time to stop by the forum.
Update will be on my page.
I really appreciate your thinking of me; it means a lot.

Will do a big update later, but it’s been a great overnight. Much fun and laughs yesterday. Have to get my stuff together. Will load the car before breakfast then I can enjoy until the time to leave.

So happy to hear you had fun and laughter, that will go a long way toward refreshing you as a caregiver.  Have a safe drive home.
