Down Dog app and my routine
Due to a group I'm with on FB, I found out about this app. If you like yoga, this is the best I've found outside of a studio. It has more varibles than you could probably use in your life time. Most of it is free. The only thing I can find that will go away in a week is chosing an area to concentrate on and a couple of music choices. So far not fond of those, so you can also chose not to have music.
It gives you options of sessions from 10-85 min. And Different types as is quick flow, reg quick and reg Full and restorative. Each having different time options. Then it generates a sequence. If you liked it a lot, you can save that sequence or not.
I've been missing my yoga since I can't get to a studio. This is awesome for keeping your flexibility
I have now added it to my routine. I hope to do it 4 days a week.
I generally do body weight Strength using a TRX 2x a week courtesy of my DS His degree is Ex Sci, so I know I'm getting an appropriate WO.
Walking is my other. Since I can't get out much, I also use a tony's Little Gazelle. Manual powered and doesn't kill the joints.

I spent some time using the app last night - I find it quite impressive. Lots of choices and custom features even with the free version.
