Re: Primal Lunch
Pictures are beautiful! Who says primal clean eating is boring? I especially like the fact that you take the time to make it pretty for yourself LB. I still find myself eating in a rush, rather than sitting down to enjoy.

Re: Primal Lunch
I should have taken a picture. I eat at my desk on Tuesdays. I brought a thermos full of home-made turkey vegetable soup that I had made last week and portion froze.

Re: Primal Lunch
I took a picture, but it was awful. Apparently, my cheap phone camera takes icky pics!

Haha, as long as the food itself wasn't awful.

Re: Primal Lunch
Thanks all! Hope more will post and inspire...
Roasted butternut squash soup.. a bit rustic as you can see, due to using a stick blender.
Oven roasted butternut squash (cubed, with peel, no seeds) & garlic (with peel, removed when pressing them into soup)/sautéed shallots/vegetable stock/Ras el Hanout spices/Smoky Sriracha/dry pan roasted pepitas & sunflower seeds for a bit of crunch/Crème fraîche (an extra as it was available, not necessary). Yum!

Re: Primal Lunch
Oh yum, this looks good. I have roast pumpkin at the moment, and will probably eat it just as it is. But I also have many of those other ingredients and could totally do this so it's on my radar for the coming months.
