Keto Questions

The upside is I can 100% guarantee that I have had enough sodium for today.

In the last week or two, i have made a few changes. I've added MCT oil in the mornings, Natural Calm in the evenings, and exercise twice a week. My sleep is still not great, but is (maybe) improving a little. Starting to have a bit more energy. Again, not great, but an improvement. Still feeling bloated. Things have been a bit sluggish. I think the magnesium is helping in that department. Haven't weighed in a couple weeks.

CAN I JUST SAY HOW MUCH I HATE THE FACT THAT I CAN NOT GET ONTO THIS WEBSITE FROM WORK????

Anyway, I had a good chuckle about the lemon sea water... I too have done the same thing but on a smaller scale.. two teaspoons of salt dissolved in 8oz of water won't be bad, right? Yeah, wrong. Drank it anyway, but felt a little ill for the next two hours afterwards. Ah well, live and learn!

Water is tough. I slam a 16.9 oz bottle the minute I wake up,
then another one at work after my coffee, then another one
around lunch time, then on the way home from work
I have a game to try and finish my 40oz-er before I get home.

I always do halfway there.

I would prefer not to drink ANY WATER, but I feel like shit when I don’t soooooo....

And I think we're about the same age. I'm 48, but when I was a kid, people always said I was born 40. That would make me pretty damn old. Somehow I no longer think that was a compliment.
