This is a paleo recipe blog by the way, by Michele, who started eating paleo because of IBS (and has FODMAP info as well).

Michelle Tam (NomNomPaleo) will start posting (again) on W30 in January too.

For the rules, go to the creators: https://whole30.com/whole30-program-rules/ Melissa and Dallas Hartwig.

Officially a new round starts on 2018/01/01.

In case you'd like some W30 Thanksgiving side-dishes ideas:

Any butternut/bacon combi sounds delish, however this one (even though we don't celebrate TG here) is definitely on the list to try: https://www.paleorunningmomma.com/paleo-butternut-sausage-stuffing-with-apples-and-cranberries/

Thanks for all the info LB. It think I’ve mentioned Elana’s pantry bread that I used for W30 stuffing. Well kinda since stuffing technically would not be W30 in spirit. Then use that bread with Danielle Walkers recipe.

And of course as mentioned Butternut squash, Brussels, bacon, onion. As long as the bacon is compliant. And veggies, you can’t go wrong with veggies. Smile
